 Hip to B2  :)

Terrain Function 17  (AP)

Surface Ice and snow tgc   (Hannes)
Materials Library

Imported cube, UV unwrapped, texture (an old TG sky background), cut with opacity image (an old black and white terrain heightmap).   (Dune and Dragonfire) Dune will say....you could have just used a power fractal, which is true for this one. I tried about 10 other images before I used this one. :)

Bloom and starburst  TG internal

Just messing around with what I am learning to do. Thanks all!

Very cool experiment!

If you can get the cracks slim and fine it will look even more impressive
(besides - I played with the cracks some time ago too and I didn't have the experience and patience to make smaler fine cracks ;) )

Haha....now I know you could do this. Changed the scale in the clip. Then further inside the clip is the smooth step scalar...start step, end step node input (controlled by a constant scalar for each)...here I changed the values to make the gap more narrow between the voroni 3D Diff cells.

To me, the more narrow the gap between the cells, the less 3D it looks, but it is a personal artistic choice for sure. :)
