A classic view. I think I see some minor artifacts from the combination of GISD and DoF, and I would say that in this scene you may not have significant effects from GISD so it may be OK to turn it off...

Yeah it is definitely not perfect and you can see a lot of artefacts.

But very nice anyway. Did you try using the depth map pass and blur in PS? The only issue I have with that is that the mask is very sharp, and blurring is not perfect either, without some blurring of the mask first.
No, I tend to do everything out of Terragen.
Sometimes I can do postwork like a bit more contrast... but that is all.
So as TG is doing DoF, I use TG DoF :)
