Two Alpine fractal shaders
One surface layer with a functional coulor gradient as a child layer.

The hill colours are a bit strong, and it could do with some trees, but the terrain is very nicely formed. Procedural or heightmap?
The terrain is build by two alpine shaders, I think thats why the render is so slow.
The colours are procedural (7 colours, 58 nodes):
The colors are all very vibrant. I would consider using some sort of different color for the grass. A duller color would work, since at that level you won't see the blades' color so fully.
