how i can convert the tgo file to obj or fbx ?
Load the tgo object in Terragen, right click on the tgo object in the nodes view and select "save object file...", and finally select obj as the file type.

Are you using the free version? Maybe it doesn't support that?
Some tgo's are protected against saving, like some purchased XFrog trees. Maybe that's the issue here.
Apart from that, even if you can export and save it as OBJ, there won't be any shaders. Unfortunately.
