Wow. This is very nice. I like the water and reflection. Good color and nice silhouette. The clouds need more of a wispy look...they look too rigid to be real.
I agree with Calico here. Are the clouds 2D? If so, try increasing their depth a little and putting them in 3D. The ship is very nice, but I'm a little startled that it's all black - does it have textures?
Also, it looks a bit off considering the angle - almost as if the ship is behind a ridge. I assume you aren't making an image of a tidal wave, so the hull of the ship ought to be visible below the horizon.
