Title: Saving OSX
Post by: FG19 on January 09, 2010, 09:08:35 AM
I have the trial version of TG02 on Mac OSC Snow leopard. When I try to save I get an error message telling e the file wasn't saved properly due to an error. Is this a known problem/bug or is saving disabled in the trial version?

All I can add is that saving is NOT disabled in the trial version. Try saving the file to a different location and try to avoid directory names with non-alpha/numeric characters (-+~@:;*&^%$£ etc) or spaces.

Hi,

There may be a problem on the Mac when you try and save project files to a drive other than your startup drive ( the one OS X is on ). The workaround is to only save projects to locations on your startup drive.

This bug is fixed in the currently released Deep edition ( v2.1.18.1 ) and is also fixed in the next Free version release which probably isn't too far away now.

Regards,

Jo
