Nice idea!
too bad though, that it has that obvious computer graphics look. Partially due to the not so good background and sky, but also tdue to the too sharp detail on the vegetation.
Maybe the same render with a DOF effect applied would be nice, so that the foreground is sharp and the background is blurred away.
I also believe that the bull would be more convincing if it was farther away.

you got it I'm making these pic's up for my kids school book covers not as a photo relistic scene but more fantasy
I like the density and variety of vegetation in these.
