I have to try out more tests to see how blue the night sky is. I only tried this the one time. Even an ultramarine blue might look very nice.
The problem with night images is that you'd have to desaturate everything, also the objects. And the center of the image should be blurred ;)
That is true. At least there is a blue node for that.
Except moonlight is essentially sunlight, just a lot less of it. Try just setting the strength of sunlight to 0.1 - 0.3 ;)
