this is a scene that a desert with invert pyramid.and i test the ice material of invert pyramid two days.but the result is so poor.
maybe you guys could give me some tips.

I like me your settings. im sure that you gonna have nice results playing a little bit more with your "Ice" node.

I made a small change, added the snow and ice shader I often use. Faster than with the Ray-Traced reflective shader you used at least. I hope this is what you're looking for. There are more smart icy shaders to be found (search for snow and ice)....

thank you dune.in this forum you resolved many problem and i learn a lot from that.i will give a more try on ice material to figure out a better image.
