Title: Desert Spires
Post by: WAS on June 10, 2018, 02:42:47 PM
Some doodling testing out my new Frankenstein PC. Back to using the Xeon X5450. Still faster with rendering than the AMD A10 though, which I just don't understand. It's End of Life was 2004. Lol

This is MPD 0.6 and AA 6, little upset that no matter what smooth edges at 0.6 MPD will receive broken polygon edges (which most don't seem to be visible but in their shadows), which seem to just "grab" light and create huge shadows. Anything up close tends to look like crap with any sort of light casting from the side.

Quite a believable looking rock structure, how is that type of formation achieved ?
