Title: sea cloud
Post by: Tyrcrash on June 15, 2010, 03:00:47 PM
comme je n'ai pas assez de tps pour rendre la cascade j'ai retravaillé un vieux projet... (terrain worldmachine)

as I have not enough time to render the waterfall so I reworked on an old project ... (Land worldmachine)

The terrain is nice, but the lighting is a bit confusing (presumably at least two suns?), plus the red sun at the back is showing through your terrain.

Yes I have two sun (otherwise it would be too dark) how can we do to prevent the sun is seen through the ground?

IN the Atmosphere section, go to the Quality tab, and check Ray Traced Shadows (unfortunately, increases render time). Or you can try the hint here http://forums.planetside.co.uk/index.php?topic=7369.0

If I remember correctly, you have to enable the ray traced shadows in Atmosphere settings (under Quality tab).
