Could we find use for this with TG2?

hmmm... maybe.. maybe not

looks interesting, not a bad price for an individual user.

If anyone tries it, let us know.  I'm not sure of its value, other than aesthetic, at this point.

I played with it a while ago and thought that similar to almost all other automatic 3D extraction tools, the results look "so la la". Sometimes okay, sometimes bad. But I want to add that I only did some quick and rough tests, so probably when working with more precision the results could look better.

I had a play with this yesterday afternoon.

What I would say, is don't expect too much from this. Saying that, I think it is absolutely brilliant at creating textures for other apps.

When you take your two photographs, you need to make sure the subject is pretty much on one plain. The normal, depth and specular maps are extremely well translated. Can't say I like the auto tile function too much. But I guess there are work arounds.

Thanks guys.  I take what you say with what I see and say I'll wait to see what might come of this in the future.  It's very cool.  But, it needs some more development, in my opinion, which is limited in understanding.

it´s always best if you try out for yourself ;-) Me not getting the results I am looking for does not mean, that you also don´t get what you need.
