I really wasn't convinced that this was a photo, I had to strip the 'views' portion of the url to get the image description to make sure.
I think it looks like a Terragen image, every part of it, sky, terrain, ice. He's even used my snow shaders on the BG mountains! :D
Seriously, though, great shot!
