Impressive! I especially liked the '64 Red Bulls and gallons of coffee'. My kind of night-in!
Is that Modo? I'm sure I've seen that UI before in something I trialled, I think it was Modo. Looks familiar. Anyway, cool video, cheers Henry.

I was impressed with the seeming ease he created the first structure. The part he did not include, and I wanted to see, was how he dealt with keeping the floor scales close to the same size. I have found that building things to scale in Blender is very difficult.
