This error is new for me.
My 3D preview wasnt rendering so I tried to reset it and got the error.
Do you have the Render Camera enable in the Camera slot in the Render tab?
yes I do
Did you first create a render node and deleted that right away?
actually yes, I did :)
Ah I thought so.
Strangely enough TG2 "thinks" you're still using the deleted render node and logically a camera is not attached to it, since it doesn't exist anymore.
I don't know if this would really qualify as a bug or if it is expected behaviour.
Disconnecting the camera from the rendernodes, reconnecting them and then reset the 3D preview and it should be back to normal.

It means it has internal nodes. Right click on the node and select "internal network" to view/edit contents.
New(ish) feature, shows the node has an internal network. Right click and select "Internal Network" or with the node open click on the icon to the right of the "Name" part of the node dialogue.
