My latest. I'm thinking of either making it a night-time scene, with a great sky (moon, stars, planet?) or having just her face on the left side of the image (closer up) and making it evening and making the other model larger. The models are both from http://lwg3d.org/v3/meshes.php (http://lwg3d.org/v3/meshes.php).
Looks quite dark over here, but the sun is shining in my window. ;)
This one is really going to benefit from the implementation of smooth shading on objects!

yeah. i tried to use a power fractal to smooth it out, but no such luck
That shading is extremely un-smooth. Perhaps you could use another light source to make the woman's face a bit more visible...
I agree with all of the above. One more comment: try increasing the clouds' depth - they look pretty thin to be so dense right now.
was opened from tg2 as a lightwave object? or did you do some conversion... perhaps smoothing in lightwave would help? until tg2 can smooth objects by itself
it was converted to an obj. it was still smooth, but TG2 can't render smooth objects right now. O_b, I forgot to mention that I wasn't happy with the clouds; I'm working on them
