I made them with Blender (obj).
Free for non comercial use.

Thanks a lot, Naoo. They only need some texturing, but that can probably be done procedurally as well as with textures. They look good.

Thanks Naoo. I especially like the base (exposed roots) with give the dead trees a lot of character.
