Luxrender is a very nice renderer and integrates with Blender better than any other external renderer. It's good to see they've started to move the OpenCL code over to the main software (from smallLux) as well now.
Just been reading about the new update and they've added a new material that helps create realistic looking leaves. I wonder what some of the xfrog objects would look like rendered out with lux?
Good point. And now realistic skin is a viable option. Reality's renderer for DAZ Studio could be more interesting now.
and now there's a new version of Reality Render - http://preta3d.com/wp/reality-1-2
