Title: My Blender Portfolio
Post by: jbest on March 01, 2011, 07:48:06 PM
Hi everyone,

Here's my Blender portfolio, if you haven't seen it. I hope you like the pictures! (As you can see, I've been quite busy!)

I like the watch best. The Kitchen stove scene is good. The cups are also good. Overall, this is very interesting and the modeling is quite well done.
The textures are probably the hardest thing to do well with Blender. I'm not very good using UV mapping. I think that using UV maps would improve all the images; except the watch, that one is spot on. 8)

I think each one was UV mapped :) I, too, find texturing is a rather painful process for me ;)

Theres a problem with scaling on the two kitchen images, but the watch is top drawer.

The watch is fine.  Are you familiar with Blender Guru and Blender Cookies?  Fantastic places for we who love Blender.

Yes, of course! I almost made a tutorial for Blender Guru. Those websites are the kind of websites I'd like to make 8)
