Title: Only 50% processor being allocated to T2.

Offhand, would anyone know why Windows 7 would only be allocating 50% processor power to Terragen 2?  I only have 1 Terragen 2 instance open.  Windows Affinity is set to use all processors and auto detect cores is selected in T2.  Only a day ago I was getting 100% and I haven't changed anything that should affect this.

Hi,

How many cores do you have? What are the settings for the numbers of threads in the Advanced tab of the render node?

Another possibility could be this:

Let's say you have two cores. TG2 breaks an image up into sections which are rendered on different cores. If there is only section remaining to be rendered then only one core would be used which would show as 50% CPU usage.

4 cores.  It was the number of threads in the Advancved Render settings.  I wasn't entirely certain what those settings did and forgot that I changed them.  Thanks!  Working fine now.
