Title: saving out Terragen 2 files
Post by: usertm on March 15, 2011, 05:18:59 PM
Hi,

I'm new to Terragen and was wondering about saving out terragen render files -

Can I save them as 32 bit?

Also,  I know that terragen saves out automatic alphas with renders.  Is there a way to save a larger alpha rather than just a test render size?

Many thanks everyone.... :)

TG2 can save out to EXR, 32 bits per channel.

Alphas are saved at the same size as your render, generally in the Terragen temp folder (Explore Temporary Files from the File menu).

I like to save my alphas by pressing A in the render window. I think many people dont know this magical button even exists : ;)

Oh yes, I keep forgetting we have separate alpha viewing in the render viewer now. :)
