Post by: reyx7 on March 25, 2011, 02:51:38 PM
I've downloaded a bunch of trees and have them in the correct format, I'm just wondering where I place the files for them so I can use them

Create a folder and name it .tgo, .obj. Place al your models here. Or, create two folders; one for vegetation and one for everything else - models that is.

Right - organized is good.  But, be consistent.

But, it really doesn't matter, when you load the tree object.  It will just see where everything is as long at the MTL is correct.

I put the trees in there, but I still can't load them. I'm using the free version if that makes a difference.

I am not sure just in case , do you mean this , Reyx7 ?
Use obj if your objects are in the obj format or TGO etc.
