No problem here . I use Firefox 4 , Explorer 9 (the page is a little problematic in  explorer but it loads)  and Windows 7 64 bit.

I can't see the page either, doesn't load for me in FF or Chrome. Wish I could.

Still, I believe I could answer this thread's title ?uestion in one simple word, I have before, many times, only to be told I'm an idiot!
