Looks realistic and nice , SwissAdA !
Is it full TG2 ?

The background is very nice. The plane is too dark and it appears "out of context".

very nice, but I also think it would be even closer to reality, with a less dark aircraft.

With the sun low on the horizon like this, and the plane being back-lit, I think the darkness of the plane is not unrealistic. Perhaps it could be exposed better or lit differently, but I quite like the unusualness of this lighting.

I believe it is unrealistic because it lacks a rimlight. The plane being cylindrical (I obviously make an approximation here) the light from the sun/horizon would spill on the plane edges. Probably this happens right now in that picture but the effect is too weak.
Great image thou, as I previously said  ;)

edit:

p.s. the FedEx plane looks a lot better...
Try editing the exposure in Photoshop or something and bring the whites a little higher.
