I love the moon too....how did you achieve this, Bob?
I have a couple of moon maps and a moon obj...I am inspired to try a scene with a great looking moon like this!

Thanks Jason, I picked up the Moon map here: http://forums.planetside.co.uk/index.php?topic=8393.msg106053#msg106053 . This worked out well on the first try.

Looks good. Turn the owls head a little bit so it doesn't look so stuffed. :)

Looks good. IMO the owl must be a little more darkish to blend it.
