Title: Where is the money/my key for terragen? (fixed)

Hello dear readers,

my startup with terragen is not so good, 3 weeks ago I buyed a new pc. On the 12th of august I payed* TERRAGEN 2, but I didn't use any credit card and so I wrote to the Terragen Support: support@planetside.co.uk

On the 16th of August I got the answer from Terragen Support
Quote> We checked this morning and the payment hadn't been received but this isn't unexpected for UK banks - we still have a fairly slow payment system.  We will continue to check and will report back as soon as possible.

Ok, now we have the 23th of August, and where is my money? I purchased terragen per online-banking by german Sparkasse by the classical way - by bank transfer?
Where is my Key?

Your key file was sent at 9:43AM Pacific Time this morning. We received notification of your payment yesterday evening. Please let us know if you do not receive it, and be sure to check your spam folder.

ps. for the next time I will looking after a credit card. Or why your comany dont't take also pay pal payments?? Pay Pal is so fast :)
