Just a pile of trees flung into a scene for a doodle. A bit too saturated maybe but the raw render was a bit too flat. Meh.

Cheers! :)
Like it martin. A little sat, yes. But Lots of good details.
New one on the way, better shore with some rocks, calmer water and some human features too. And I won't saturate it so much this time once it's done. Cheers, TB! :)
part from saturation this one has a lot of potential. I like the lighting and moody atmosphere - looking forward for an update!

Nice! In my opinion the stones along the shore could be smaller, but besides that this is very good!
Nice image Martin.
There is something about the scale that maybe need a little adjustment.
But not sure why-where and it is probably only me :)
I am starting to like this, Martin! Seems like the perfect spot for a holiday. The guy is probably off fishing (no boat) ;) It has the atmosphere of a murder scene, a little Hitchcockian.
Really nice and lovely atmosphere.

DV; I had many different sets of stones made for this, some too small and others way too big, the largest shore stones here are 3m scale, smallest are 0.1m. I thought, since it wasn't being rendered huge, that the smaller I made the stones, the more they were lost to obscurity so I settled on this size.
Kadri; Thanks. I scaled everything to match the trees, which are true scaled.
Ulco; Cheers. The guy is either inside the cabin(his canoes are still ashore, if a bit small to see pier-side) or, he's out already in his Cessna-Hydroplane. It was parked by the pier before I disabled it for the render, something wasn't right with it in the scene.
Rich; Cheers, man! :)
Very nice mood and light!
The man in the cabin is an enemy of the state. The view you see is from the nose-cone of a hellfire missile. Sounds like a movie to me ;) ahhh, or real life these days.
I really like the shallow areas in the water. And the shore work.
nice one Martin, another few ideas of rendering landscapes looking down
Cheers, all! :)
no. 2 is spot on...some fishing is on the cards!
I really enjoy this one.
