Title: problem whit atmosphere!!!
Post by: maura.franch on March 02, 2012, 11:22:08 AM
We have a problem because if we enable visible atmosphere in the 3d preview, everything becomes blue.
The same thing happens when we make the render whit the current render camera!
Do you know why?
thank you so much

ps: sorry for my bed english  ;)

If you can't see the terrain, maybe your camera is facing the wrong direction.

In reality (if your viewing from orbit) then everything is blue.
Try dropping the haze amount or lowering the blue sky density and additive.
Another solution would be to render two passes with and without the atmosphere and then comp them together to your liking.
Cheers
Richard
ps: best bet is to post the tgd or an image, then we can see much more and can advise better.

...or else just lower your height closer to the planet.  He's right about the atmosphere, but it should not be ALL blue.
