Title: Perlin 3D diff scalar

The "Voronoi 3D diff scalar" delivers a distribution between 0 and 1, with a density around zero, cell structure with straight lines.

A similar scalar the "Perlin 3D diff scalar" can be build, with the cell structure with soft boundaries.
