Title: A fishing spot
Post by: fleetwood on May 28, 2012, 06:32:35 PM
Might be a big one down there.

Plants by Xfrog, Klas, Terade.
Used my own rock photos to produce image and bump tiles for the fake stones. Thanks to Chinaski
for the recent tips on how to use those.

Wanted a wet band on the rock, and a better one on the shore, but it a surface layer
with altitude settings won't seem to conform to the water level ?

Better use a distribution shader as blender for your wet surface layer.

Thanks for all comments and tips.
Finally had a chance to do a new layer for a better wet rock layer and shore, so this is
a composite with new shore, rock, and far bank.
All largest fake rocks now get some warped cracking.

Forgot to mention, this and original have some post work depth of field blur in the foreground, since
the near plants were getting too rough in close up.
