Title: Night Scene
Post by: Wurby on August 01, 2012, 02:56:32 PM
this was I believe my fifth render. (I've been a lurker here since last November :D)
I've only got the saves for the renders themselves, as I didn't want to take the time and render them larger than the tiny preview size. then I got my current comp and am going back, and rendering them, and thought I'd share one a day here of my favorites (and the less likely to make eyes bleed). :)

Hi,

I am not sure, but I believe you can use info from this thread: http://www.planetside.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=14883.0 to help you give more light to your night shot. No idea what the result will be, but it looks like you can end up with a rather etherial look. Been meaning to try it on a dark shot of my own.

Welcome to the conversation, by the way.

Read it already. :) I made that render way back in January. I've not done any night scenes since then, been working on poofie cumulus clouds. :D GI is amazing. :D
