Thought I'd try a desert scene!  C&C welcome as It lacks something.

If it had a guy walking in the foreground it would make a great cover for a fci-fi novel.  8)

I agree; maybe some people in spacesuits in the middle foreground, or a rover of some sort??

I cant remember every image you have posted, but I'm pretty sure this is the best image I have seen from you. Anyway, I feel like I should remember enjoying another image from you as much. Its really very nice.

And I have to say that the wind lines in your sand dunes are very great from this perspective. I don't recall having seen dunes quite like these in the forums. Did you do this by some blue nodes? Please tell us about your methods, if you are free to and want to.

Cheers all, So SciFi it is! The dunes are voroni 3D mixed with a powerfractal. I tried to get dunes like those Dune created by subtracting voronis but I couldn't make it work. The ripples are not "right" but I quite like them they remind me of snake tracks in the sand! Mick
