Couldn't resist following Eoin's lead.
Trying to emulate the Curiosity photos in Mars lighting is an entertaining exercise.
I thought I had a good start and then realized that heavy haze also produces soft lighting and shadows. Turning
the Atmospheric shadows off brought back the shadow sharpness on the ground but then all terrain colors
had to be dialed in again.
Also attached , an attempt at Mars terrain with no extraneous objects.
