This has a very Fallout 3 look to it. I would add a low intensity light (not another sun) off to the left, behind the camera. It needs just enough extra light to make the specular highlights to pop more.
Great look of desolation to this. Over all it's a very good render. Perhaps the outline of the ruins could be a bit more ragged instead of a smooth line?

The stone work on the house really pops in this latest render.
I added the light source like you suggested and ran the image maps thru ShaderMap2 to get a better specular and displacement map. ;D
