Hi everybody,
I'm a new member so I apologize if this has been posted before.
I've been looking all over the internet for tutorials on how to make a big sunset over the ocean or at least a Terragen project file of one so I could experiment and couldn't find neither one. I did find a similar topic asking the same question on another forum but the almost whole thing was basically just people goofing around so it didn't help me much. If anybody can post a link to a tutorial or attach something, etc that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you :)
-Clayton

Those first 2 tutorials are for Terragen Classic.
If you just want to make the sun appear to be bigger, go to the Sunlight node, make sure Visible Disk is checked, then just increase Angular Diameter.

I'm just trying to make something similar to the attached photo to this post. I even downloaded the Classic Version of Terragen to my windows xp computer and tried installing the msi file by double clicking on it and a black window came up for like 1 second and then closed but no program installed. Basically that was just to follow the "Fire Sky" tutorial.

Terragen 2 version is kind of like the attached (quickly put together, so not exactly right). Hopefully it gives you a start.

Oh hey, sorry for not taking more time with my response. But Oshyan seems to have saved the day.
Looks like what you wanted:)
Thanks to TheBadger
This is what I have been breaking my head trying to figure out.
