Title: How to make Asteroids ?

How can i create many small asteroids ? Not very detailed. I want to make them into planetary rings so I can use them in photoshop :)

Sorry I'm new to this ... Exactly how to i open and use the file ? :P

Download the file, go to TG2. Select the "file" menu and choose "insert clip file".
That should work. The rings will be positioned around the default planet.
Then click the "Objects" tab (next to the 3D and Terrain tabs), select 'Lower Pop Rock' and click "populate". Do the same for 'Upper Pop Rock'.
Takes a while to create all the rocks, but it looks good. Its actually a thick ring.

If you need flat rings, just delete the 'Lower Pop Rock' or 'Upper Pop Rock' node and delete the node inside the 'Thick Ring Displacement' box.
Then it will look like this:
