That's one of my XenoDream structures in the background (good place for it).

Nice one John, I could imagine those structures come popping out of those volcano-like depressions in an animation.

Is the yellow in the circles producing light? Or is it just reflecting? Or is it just an illusion?

Well spotted. A touch of luminosity there, with an orange tint.
