Hi
Found this tinny thumbnail on the web. I have no idea where it is. At first, for a moment, I thought it was the parthenon. But I am sure that it is not.
Can anyone here identify this structure and or its location by name, please? I want to base a model on it.

Also, Does anyone here know of a good online source for anatomy images; muscles, bone structures. And or Zoology + anatomy
Thanks for any help.
Cheers
It is the Acropolis (http://stock-clip.com/video/1325032-a-distant-view-of-the-acropolis-of-athens-filmed-from-a-high-vantage-point)
Can't help with the anatomy stuff, sorry :)

Hope it 'll work now.

Thats a pretty crazy model! Whoever made it spent a very long time doing so.
Last question.
Would you guys prefer models of ruins, as ruins. Or as they were in their newly built forms. So buildings like at the Acropolis as they are now, or as they were 2000+ years ago?

...I also did not know the sides of the hill were so steep, It was a fortress!
Acropolis means "high city". The "gods" like to live in high places. So the Athenians accommodated them. My most fond memory of Athens (including the Acropolis) was that I saw my lifer Hawfinch there. Hmmm...I saw my lifer Jackdaw perching on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. When I think of grand ruins made of marble the first thought that comes to my mind is that there is a scar left in the Earth where they quarried the rock. I suppose that if we don't use the marble for something, natural erosion will ultimately destroy it. But the net result is that we must be accelerating the rate of erosion a thousand fold if not more. I like to think that (the Judeao-Christian) God feels the same way about preserving the wilderness as I do. King Solomon wanted to build a mighty temple to God but all that God asked was for the jews to put up a tent and leave a small foot print in the sand.
I think there would be interest in both, Michael. New and ruined. I personally would prefer ruins, just because I like dilapidated stuff. I often find restored ancient buildings far less attractive than when they were still in a quite ruinous state. It will be harder for you to make ruins, I'd say. Crumbling stone work, remains lying around....
