realistic, more specifically Terragen 2.5

You're going to have to provide more details. At this point it's like asking, "How much does India cost?" :D
So on that note... things providers need to know...

Budget
Deadline
End format
Is it commercial?
How large is the map?
Do you need animations?
How about multiple angles?
What details do you need?
Are there buildings, trees, other objects of interest?
Is the sea involved?
What time of day is it?
