Post by: bla bla 2 on April 07, 2013, 03:57:17 PM
Salut, pourquoi à chaque fois que je fais une image au moins réaliste, j'ai ce type d"erreur ?

Hi, why every time I make a realistic picture at least I have this type of error ?

That probably indicates memory issues. How much system memory do you have, are you using the 64 bit version, and have you changed the subdiv cache size? (hint: don't change the subdiv cache size)

J'ai 16 Gigas, et le logiciel est en 32bits. J'ai changé, j'ai mis 1500MB. C'est bon ?

I have 16 gigabytes, and the software is in 32-bit. I've changed, I set 1500MB. Is it good ?

Hi Bastien,

Is your computer 64 bit? If it is you should be using the 64 bit version of TG2 and I'm guessing your problems will go away.

If your computer is not 64 bit then your subdiv cache is too big. You should try setting it to 400 MB (the default), turn off "Preallocate subdiv cache" if you turned it on and let TG2 manage it.

Regards,

Jo

Le problème c'était l'objet en format .obj, qui causais le trace ray, en convertissant au format tgo, là, ce n'est plus revenue le nom d'erreur.
J'espère qu'on ma compris. ^^

The problem was the object. Obj size, which was causing the ray trace, converting at size tgo, there is no longer come back the name error.
I hope that my included. ^^

You should still be using the 64 bit version and you should not change the Subdiv Cache setting.
