I think Efflux was doing some blue node stuff that kind of had goblin-like structures as what is seen here.
I was working on some rock lump kind of things on one planet but a lot of this is done via method on New Rocks thread. The difference being that you get control of how they blend with terrain compared to fake stones. After this I found these. You could probably just use fake stones though:
