Very nice. I like the colors and forms. Just some more details with some displacement shaders and you have a great one here.

I really like that tower in the mid area!
You must try to get several with various difference in hight! How nice!

Great displacements, Mick. One suggestion would be to lighten the dark areas up a little. And it's a bit chaotic in total, but that's personal.

Yeah Dune, agree with you about it being chaotic but despite a lot of time and effort I can't simplify it without loosing it!  Yeah shadows are too dark will work on that.  Maybe I can reduce the chaotic feel with vegetation or will that make it worse I wonder..

Bla Bla 2 -  Not intended!

The colors and textures of the rock are very good. Would like to see some vegetation distributed around.

Some local mist or low cloud may do wonders, Mick. The canyon behind the tower is not important, so if you add some mist there, the tower will be more pronounced. You could even try some low backlighting with a bluish fill from the front to make it really mysterious.

Thanks for the kind words. Rock displacements have been my main interest in TG for some time, maybe I should move on an explore other areas too.

Good ideas Dune, I've playing with mist  - but putting it behind the tower had not occurred to me. I'll try it today.  Veg is next on the list.

In the mean time I've added some mist at the base of the tower and toned down the colour which I think makes it less chaotic and calms it down - veg and mist will I hope do the rest.

Maybe some birds?

While I agree that the dark areas are a little inky I like the contrast ratio overall.  Feels photographic.

Added some veg and mist - I need some more veg species any suggestions?

Your distribution of plants are good including the dry ones. Regarding the fog/mist in the background, you might try making it much thinner; and, moving it to appear on the left side of the tower as well.

As for additional vegetation, maybe some dry grasses interspersed among the existing plants utilizing some color variation. Looking good so far Mick.

Awesome work as is...you asked for suggestions so here I go....
Exceptional cliff work a bit too green in color for me but still looks good...a slightly higher POV for more sky would balance the image better and of course a planet or two in the atmo would work for me....:) This is your image...do it....make it yours not ours....I like it the way it is...keep on man!!!
