I just wanted to share the following pictures I've rendered using TG3 to simulate all the atmospheric, lighting and water effects. The 3D castle (actually one the South Australian Adelaide Studio building) have been generated using 3D photogrammetry techniques (http://youtu.be/9QZYiUrvs7E) and dropped into a rock ( a real rocky hill from central Australia also generated with 3D photogrammetry).

good scene...
it misses some details...
exp : the way the castle is dropped on the rock ???

Agree with aymenk2003, a good start...needs something around the castle drop point....plants, sand, rocks...something...still, a wonderful start. Looking forward to more!!!
I agree, it needs some vegetation to make it more alive.
The only issue is the fact that the terrain is an OBJ and not a generated 2.5D terrain so I cannot add objects populations on top. I will have to add every single additional objects manually at the right height.
Might want to watch that Terragen 3.1 presentation tomorrow... :D

:o WHAT DID HE SAY! Well I refuse to speculate on what that means! It could be a trick to get me to let down my guard. I will be watching, but from a secure location!
Damn, I missed this Terragen 3.1 presentation. Were can I find it?
EYOu can see the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7Rp4Go8jLs Its up now.
Excellent renders, congratulations!
Looking forward to use the "sit on objects" option in TG 3.1. This is exactly what I need when working with obj terrain.
