My first attempt with world Machine! This is a work in progress lots of improvements in the pipeline but I have run out of time for as I've other jobs to do. I'd value your comments, they always make me think twice.
This is outstanding and filled with depth. Your placement and variety of ground-covers is beautifully done. I think the tree on the right could be eliminated; or, replaced with a young version of the ones on the left. The background is perfect.
Cheers you're right about the tree. Added to the to do list
I like............agree about the tree. :)
Is World Machine worth the time and money............still haven't made up my mind about it.
Wonderful image...I feel it is unbalanced....that is too much foreground and not so much atmo. I love the clouds, snow and mountain. Perhaps a higher point of view with less foreground and more atmo. Still, an impressive image...keep on man!!!
Its worthy of more compositions like markal says. But I just really like everything thats in this image. The way everything looks is just ver very good! Its a pretty great render.
The ground cover in the front, with the sand and erosion is the best part.
the snow is perfectly done...
except some noise in the ground...

I agree with both Bob and Markal. Maybe a slightly higher POV so that the image isn't 'cut in two' by foreground versus background and it kind of continues. I also would dump the cloud, or make more of them and less prominent. But I like the overall setup.
Cheers all, as I said a long way to go yet. The cloud I'm not happy with its too warm against the cold mountain. I'd like to get the cloud following the mountain shape pouring over it as it were but I'm dammed if I can get it to work! I'm not sure the general structure of the pic(2 HFs) will take much manipulation of the POV but I'll play some more. I'm not happy with the poppy leaves and I want to add some more plants, tree stumps and trees. Oh and some birds and 2 donkeys packing loads a man and a boy and maybe a deer!!!!!
I think I might add an intermediate hilly hf, hmm......
An image is never finished - we're creating a 'still' but our minds are running an animation.
How true!
Here's another POV - what do you think?
Very nice. I think some distance haze would do well to add to the depth, as well as adding a little blue tint to the snow shadows. The mountain has a bit of a 2D look to it. The ground cover and trees are great!

Art is never finished, only abandoned ;)
Still love that foreground. Something bad happened to the mountains though.
I prefer the foreground in the second view.
Less red flowers and more blue. That's nice.
The mountain looks more like glacier with dust.

Agree with more haze, but also with the change in mountain. Too white. Foreground is great.
