Title: edited instances

Have any of you encountered this? When editing instances and doing a render, the edited instances (after repopulating) do not appear at the new locations.

Are you using Population Caches? They would be invalidated if you are manually repopulating, so perhaps it's not related, but it's worth asking.

No, I also mentioned this on the alpha forum. I haven't used the caches (yet). Tested editing yesterday on a small scale and that worked fine, but on my museum project I lost a tree I edited to a certain location and I can't figure out why that happened. And still happens, as I dragged an instance to another location, stopped editing, saved file, and hit render. It started repopulating (which wasn't necessary, but that's another issue), and it popped back to the old location.

OK, thanks Ulco. Lets track this further on the Alpha forum. I imagine Jo will want to work with you on it.

I've seen this with the old version.
