The terrain looks great, but the water is way too rough.

Agreed. Another thing you could do is use the landform mask to get foam near the cliffs.

Improve resolution and quality and you may be onto something.

The cliffs look like fun! How did you do that? Just a displacement shader?

Thank you! To create cliffs I used file Canyon.
