Title: Lake colors
Post by: kalwalt on July 03, 2014, 03:21:29 PM
Maybe it is a stupid question: How can i make a lake like this: http://www.dolomitibellunesi.com/2014/04/23/lago-di-sorapiss-3/  it's needed only to setup the tint decay and the volume colo in the water shader? or must be applied also a color to the bottom of the lake?
Thank you for the attention.

Walter

Since the water is murky and has reduced reflective properties because of that you can get away with simply adding a surface layer in between the water shader and lake object.
Set the colour to RGB 0,186,186 and reduce the coverage of the layer to 0.4.

That should already give a nice start.
