Another option on Rocks and sea. Vegetation here I refused, although bits of moss possible here would be appropriate. Thanks for looking!
This is looking really good. I like the 'double' layer of voronoi foam. Perhaps you could add some subtle bubbly displacement on the foam whites, as it's quite flat.

Some things to improve (in my humble opinion):
You could add some wetness to the rocks up to a certain height.
As far as I can see you already added some localised clouds to simulate spray. More, more more! And a bit denser. The good thing is, for stills you can use a low quality for the clouds to make it look like a lot of droplets.
And yes, some mossy patches at the lower parts of the rock would look great!
Something else: is the foam pattern procedural? If so, would you share it?

Yes, could be. But since I'm not much of a blue node expert, I never managed to make the voronoi look so nicely irregular.
