Title: Heigthfield and Image Map Shader ?
Post by: Tyrcrash on September 15, 2014, 06:11:07 AM
Hey all,

I attempt to renew with this awesome programm...
I apologies, my question must be asked before.
I have a heightfield created with World Machine and a image, in .bmp, who is the Flow Map resulting of the erosion in WM. I want to use this image as a mask in Terragen (terragen 3, I precise), I use a projection through a camera, I have enter the coordinate of the heighfield for the camera, but for the altitude, focal, I have enter valor empirically... And, I can't not match the two (heightfield and image map).

So, I asked if they are a proper solution ?^^

Thanks a lot in advance :)

(sorry for very bad english, I only know globish I think^^)

You need to use PlanY as the projection and set the size and location to match the terrain.
