Title: Any One for Brancusi ?
Post by: fleetwood on September 27, 2014, 09:14:35 AM
Some trig functions displace three Terragen spheres . Lots of PF driven translucency (21) and a tiny bit PF driven lum (0.06)

Very effective and really nice! It's almost like subsurface scattering.

Thanks all.
TU:  Yes all TG. A portion of the soil is planet surface with 3 fake sand/gravel sizes and the other portion is the surface of a displaced TG plane parallel with and a tiny bit below  the planet surface. Thus the distinct areas of different texture cutting in to each other.
